Sizing is available for free if your piece doesn’t fit just right. If additional materials are needed, a small surcharge for the materials will apply, but not without your approval.
Repairs or restringing – FREE. Your doOGle Jewelry should stand the test of normal wear. In fact, each piece is made with quality assurance for durability and is crafted by hand at the highest standards, using only the best stringing materials and supplies. When there is evidence of abuse or misuse of jewelry ie: abnormal gouges or scratches, breaks, melting or extreme cracking or bending of materials, the piece may have to be remade, a surcharge will be applied, but not before you give consent.
All orders placed are 100% protected on our secure server. No customer information will be used for any other purpose outside of doOGle LinHk. doOGle registrants do recieve e-news and updates for sneak previews of pieces before they are offered to the w.w.w. and general public. Serious collectors benefit from this service since all pieces are unique.
Custom Design:
Please feel free to contact doOGle LinHk if you have a custom piece in mind. Commissioned designs are welcome with open arms. If you have sentimental beads or stones and would like them to be created into a doOGle, contact the designer to discuss specifics.
Care instructions for Sterling Silver Chain:
Wash off oils with warm soapy water and dry well. Keep it in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Simple tarnish dip will whiten your silver to its original state.
Semiprecious doOGLe LinHks should be wiped down with a soft cloth periodically. Do not use inappropriate or harsh chemicals to clean your LinHks. Doing so, will void your warranty.
Shipping is at owners expense both ways.
